Performance
The Front Gallery, New Orleans

I make arrangements and ask permission to enter the neighbour's apartment so I may perform from their kitchen window which overlooks the backyard of the gallery. I enter the window wearing a silvery garment. The spotlight turns on. I do not move. I wait for some time before I begin to sing the 1931 song Dream a Little Dream of Me (a cappella) to the audience below. Upon finishing the song I reveal a four foot long acrylic javelin that I strike out until I find the moon and puncture it - sending silver sparkles exploding into the night and over the audience. I disappear from the window and the spotlight goes out.
